3. Does the price include set up and delivery?
b. Additional fees may apply for areas more than the standard 20 mile delivery area from Moore, OK (See the free coverage area map below)
4. Does the rental time include your company set up time?
a. No. Your rental time starts AFTER the equipment is completely set up.
b. When using the Water Feature, the water must be turned off 30 minutes prior to return time for the safety of the workers.
5. Do we have to keep the blower plugged in the entire time?
a. Yes. A blower keeps air in the Bounce House. Once unplugged, the Bounce Houses start to deflate. That is why we require an outlet within 100´ of the unit. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker.
b. If renting a "Weekend Package" the blower can only run for 12 hours at a time with a 30 minute cool down period. (If you turn the blower off during meal times, this will satisfy the "cool down time" of the blowers.)
b.1 Also, if renting a "Weekend Package" please turn off blower at night time when not in use over night.
5a. When the Water Feature Add-On is present, what about the blower?
a. The Blower cannot get wet
b. Make children exit the slide on the opposite side as the blower
c. Children should not walk near or around the blower when wet.
6. What payment types does your company accept?
a. Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change because our drivers do not carry cash.
b. No Personal Checks accepted
c. There is a 5% additional charge for all credit card purchases
7. Can I tip the driver with cash?
a. Tipping the driver is accepted and highly appreciated, but not required.
8. Does the rented equipment require a deposit?
a. Yes. A $50 deposit per Bounce House or a $75 deposit per Slide Combo Bounce House.
9. Are the deposits refundable?
a. Deposits are refundable if:
i. The weather forces a safety cancelation (Rain, Winds over 25 mph, Snow, Ice or Natural Disaster)
ii. The customer cancels within 5 days prior to the equipment delivery date.
10. Are taxes included in the price of the rental amount?
11. Where can the Bounce Houses be set up at?
a. Level Grass (preferred and best for children)
b. Level Concrete/Asphalt
c. Level Dirt
d. State/City Parks (If power requirements are met, Backyard Bounce does NOT furnish portable generators)
12. Are we responsible to pay for repairs or replacement if the unit gets damaged?
a. Yes if:
i. Damage occurs when safety rules are not followed
ii. Negligence of the user
iii. Malicious or Intentional damage
b. No if:
i. Normal wear and tear
ii. Manufacture’s defect
13. What is the price to replace or repair a damaged rental unit?
a. A typical unit replacement cost is $1500.00 to $6500.00 (depending on the unit type)
b. Repairs can typically cost $150.00 to $500.00 (depending on the severity of the tear or rip)
14. How likely are the bounce houses to rip or tear?
a. These are high quality commercial Bounce Houses that have been purchased to be used with high volume commercial usage. Under normal conditions, and the user following all safety and precautionary standards, the unit is not very likely to rip or tear.
15. Is the customer responsible for cleaning the unit?
a. The Bounce House equipment must be returned to Backyard Bounce LLC in the same condition it was delivered in, to include but not limited to, unit cleanliness.
b. Backyard Bounce LLC Cleans and Sanitizes all units based on the strict guidelines set by the State of Oklahoma and all of our units are inspected on a regular basis to insure quality, cleanliness and safety to the patron
c. When the water feature Add-on is in use, mud will be taken into the bounce house. This mud must be cleaned prior to rental pick-up.
16. Is there a fee for cleaning the unit?
a. There is a $50.00 general cleaning fee if the unit is dirty
b. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee if the unit requires the cleaning of human and/or animal fluids and/or solids.
17. What is the clothing apparel to worn while in the Bounce Houses or Slide Combos?
a. Socks (Required)
b. Loose fitting clothing (Nylon pants/shorts are best for slides)
18. What clothing is NOT allowed in the Bounce Houses or Slide Combos?
a. NO sharp objects
b. NO jewelry
c. NO glasses
d. NO hooks or exposed zippers
